Transition from cFolders to Technical Data Management Transformation (TDMT)
- Jul 20
- 3 min read

DLAs procurement technical data transitioned from cFolders to TDMT in June 2026.
To ensure access to technical data in support of DLA procurements, vendors must register for an AMPS account and set up Okta Multi-Factor Authentication.
Without an active AMPS account by June 21, 2026, vendors will lose technical data access when the transition occurs.
STEP 1: AMPS USER REGISTRATION
Vendors only need to request a basic AMPS account (instructions below).
Vendors do not need to request a specific role because the TDMT Vendor Role will be assigned automatically after completing the AMPS user registration.
Existing AMPS account holders require no action.
You must use an individual email address, NOT a group email address.
Your email should be the same for your DIBBS account and your AMPS account.
WHAT TO DO BEFORE STARTING YOUR REGISTERATION PROCESS:
Create a password that meets these criteria:
15 to 30 characters long
Must begin with a letter
Contains at least two uppercase letters, two lowercase letters, two numbers, and two special characters
These special characters are not allowed: & @ ( ) { } $ " ' less than greater than % ? / \
Cannot be one of your previous 10 passwords
Must not contain your name, login name or email address
Prepare answers for three of the four security questions below. Your answers must be between 3 and 40 characters and cannot contain words from the question itself.
What is the city of your birth?
What is the name of your pet?
What is your favorite color?
What is your mother’s maiden name?
Have your official contact information details ready, including your name, title, email, phone number and company address. You may also add an optional Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.
STEPS FOR AMPS USER REGISTRATION
1. Navigate to the AMPS website: https://amps.dla.mil/
2. If a Windows Security dialog box appears asking you to select a certificate, click Cancel.
3. On the Welcome to the AMPS Gateway page, click the link that says Click HERE for access to AMPS
4. Read the Single Sign-On Authentication terms and click OK.
5. On the login screen, click the link First Time User? Click Here to Register.
6. Enter your email address and click Submit. You will receive an email with a verification link.
7. Open the email from AMPS and click the link to continue.
8. On Select Your User Type screen, click the button for I am a Supplier or Vendor to DLA.

10. Fill out the User Information and Contact Information forms. Click Next.
11. Set up your security questions and password with the information you prepared. Click Next.
12. Review your information on the Summary screen. If all is correct, click Create Account.
13. A confirmation screen will display your new AMPS User ID. Record this ID because you will need it to log in.
14. Click Login to AMPS and use your new User ID and password to access your account.
STEP 2: OKTA MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION
If you have not yet set up an Okta Verify account, you must complete a one-time registration by following the Okta instructions below before you can access the system. Okta Verify account set-up instructions: DLA Single Sign On User Guide.pdf
Once your AMPS account is set up and TDMT launches on June 22, 2026, you can access the new system using the same entry paths you previously used for cFolders. Specifically, you can navigate directly to the TDMT landing page at Digital Sustainment Platform or click the Tech Docs URL within a DIBBS solicitation or award.
For either access method, you will be prompted to complete an Okta Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) step.
Training documentation is available on the TDMT platform. If you have questions, please email mailto:techdatapmo@dla.mil.
